The Rare Occasion When I Can't Think Of A Post Title

Tribe, the ever gracious H.L. Mencken of the Internet has posted my latest short story

One Hundred and Twenty-five Grains of Pain

at the site, Flashing In the Gutters

http://tribe.textdriven.com/flash/

If you've never been, you should check it out. Crime and noir-based fiction with a good mix of published and amateurs, what's not to like?

Post title?

Perhaps, Granular?

Though, I'll bet yours was more original.

Beth,

Thanks, but that's it. Tribe requires 500 words or less and I have to resort to having character speak in terse/clipped tones to just make it under the word count. This time out was meant to be as abbeviated as possible.

WC,

Not bad, certainly what I imagine a publisher would have me change the title to.

Haahnster,

Those tacos won't keep, even if I send them packed in dry ice like an Omaha steak! ; )

Alas, you are probably correct.

Damn if I didn't want me some JitB tacos, too...scrumpdillyicious.

Thanks anyway.
