Another Weather First?
Verified and amended --------> Since they have recorded the weather in San Francisco, this is the first time that it has rained on July18th.
This is what now qualifies as blogging around here? Apparently, yes.
Sigh. Time for another hiatus to recharge the batteries.

I always fall back on cocktail recipes when I got nothing. I like your weather trivia better, I think.
Wonderful. It rains here every other day. I'm set for blogging for the rest of my life!!
Don't stop now! You're just hitting your stride!
It's raining here, too. The temp's cooler. I wonder what song I can post with that ...
Bubs,
Eh, I like yours much better. What do you think I should mix with Absolut Peach?
Becka,
That's the thing, it rarely rains during in California between June and September.
Chris,
Ah yes, you are still at the enthusiastic stage. I was still at my prime at the beginning of my second blogging year, too. I'm at my Robin Williams-stage now, doing movies I wouldn't have touched a decade ago, just to keep working.
Beth,
"It's raining here, too. The temp's cooler. I wonder what song I can post with that ..."
Dang, too easy!
Your above comment + your post = "It's Raining Men."
You're not letting us comment on your leave - so I'm doing it here cuz I'm pushy and don't follow the rules.
Sides, I hope AAM is not one of the editors holding things up for you.
I know the pressure and the stress because I'm feeling it too. I just don't know what to say on my blog and the world has been kicking me in the teeth on my day job (felt like I was having a recurrence of my hospital visit the last two days because of the stress - DAMN YOU weaken digestive system - my mortal enemy).
Sometimes the creative juices get clogged because you don't get the feedback you need or desire (never slamming the regulars at all, just you want that little bit of hmpt when John Rogers does a callout to your site for some slice of brilliance).
Maybe I'm just full of crap.
Anyway, go here because I think you might like this.

wait a minute, my comment didn't post! blogger: bunch'o bitches.
I've been watching the weather channel of late at night when I can't sleep. I find it strangely soothing. when I was a kid, I was terrified of the weather.
I'm a freak
I also can't follow directions...
Anyway, I'd rather you realize your dreams than spend time blogging when your heart isn't in it.
John, Katie & Chelene,
You each get a demerit and a raspberry.
John,
"DAMN YOU weaken digestive system - my mortal enemy)."
Dude, that's McDonald's doing that to you.
BTW, it's not the lack of feedback so much as the feedback in relation to the effort.
Katie,
The Weather Channel does make it soothing, until sweeps and you hear about the floods and such.
Chelene,
Exactly and thank you.
I have this same feeling going on, is my heart in the blogging or in my other passion, sleeping? No decisions have been made but I understand and enjoy your blog as much as is legally allowed.
Dale,
"No decisions have been made but I understand and enjoy your blog as much as is legally allowed."
Don't let my blues stop you, enjoy it illegally too...just not with Paris, La-Lohan or Robert Downey Junior, ya know?
mwaaaaaaaaaahahahahahaaaa... soooo, um... you changed your mind about not posting till the 30th? i visit all my favs once, i can't afford to visit and read everyday, heh heh!
