Nicknames and Blogpourri
"Semper Scripta"
"Mr. Crispy"
"Write Compulsive"
"Cor"
New to the link-o-rama are the Bubs with possibly the longest blog name, ever.
Dead Spot is trying to revive The Bad Lieutenant's Wife. Bless you Spot, I think it would be easier to teach Anne (pubic hair) to say something nice about the Edwards Family.
I thanked Chris, but I'll bet he doesn't know.
P.S. "Always Write" and "Semper Scriptum" are already taken.
P.P.S. Dead Spot says "all of my submissions in this post but Live Free Or Die Fledermaus have a theme. If you can figure it out, you get a cookie. Or something."

I do now. You're welcome.
I am honoured
In fact I am so honoured that I will actually say:
"I am honored!"
That was probably the hardest thing I have ever done!
Damn. I was keeping my fingers crossed for Chuck.
I like them all but I really like Semper Scripta.
Chris,
: )
Sterculian
We will Americanize you yet...
Beth,
"Damn. I was keeping my fingers crossed for Chuck."
Not gonna happen, it's too close "upchuck" amongst other things.
Chelene,
Oh, a vote for "Semper Scripta?"
'alwswrite' as a blog URL is taken and 'Always Write' as a Blog title taken by the same person. I know the 'owner' well. You were asking after a nickname not a new URL and Blog title.
'Semper Scripta' is of my provenance. Scripta-um is a Neuter noun. It is all in the ending:
'a' vs 'um'
nominative versus accusative cases.
How about:
Saepe Scripta - 'Often Write'
And you will never Americanise me!
NEVER!
Sterculian,
"And you will never Americanise me!
NEVER!"
You know, I don't have to do a thing. I didn't have to do a thing with Gabriel Byrne, Ewan McGregor or...
Dave Foley. It's inevitable, my dear Sterculian, don't fight it.
Sir Schmedley. It's just fun to say.
Becka,
"Sir Schmedley. It's just fun to say."
I don't know, it sounds too elephantine to me. Well, maybe if Snagglepuss says it, it would be cool...frosty, even.
bubs (sprawlingramshacklecompound) definitely has the longest blog name. amy's (bigmouthindeedstrikesagain) is pretty long, too.
I would definitely go for a super long name, but mine would have to be obnoxious (cuntcuntcuntdidisaycuntimeantcunt)
Katie-lah,
Bubs wins by one letter (twenty-seven to twenty-six).
"cuntcuntcuntdidisaycuntimeantcunt"
Jeez, sounds like something that LeeWee would say in private.
Hold on tight to your dreams R.S. Don't let them Americanise you (even if I want to spell it Americanize). Honour above portion sizes always.
Dale,
"Hold on tight to your dreams R.S."
Funny that you would quote an Englishman that was almost "Americanised."
"Don't let them Americanise you (even if I want to spell it Americanize). Honour above portion sizes always."
What was that pizza that you ate the other night?...oh yeah, a Kraft pizza. What do you think they put in that Kraft pizza, Dale? I'll give you a hint, if you find yourself humming "The Star Spangled Banner" and you don't know why, there will still be a slim window left open to change your diet.
