This had me laughing so hard I couldn't breathe. I'm an admitted food network junkie, but all the more reason to have a good sense of humor about it. Excellent find!

Yeah, this is a Food Network household too, though it is an Emeril-free zone.
The thing is that she probably authentically recreated the recipe, step-for-step. The Italians have a built in tolerance to bitterness, they can drink Fernet Branca as an aperitif without making a face or outright wincing.
