Naw, it was a month ago. April 14th which is the day before the tax deadline in the States, so no one remembers.
I'm going to have a daily feature akin to Gizmo Rocks. She has "the song of the day" and lately, I've been contemplating "that insipid song that is stuck in my head today." It won't always be "insipid," but it will be a song I can't forget for several minutes.
sounds like fun- i'm still singing that bloody thing & i can see him in my head now... thanx to the tv series "las vegas" that featured him occasionally.
hhm, you know what song pops into my head when i drive? "strangers in the night"!!! i hum it, couldn't tell you why...

I remember his appearances, not always for the better. "Strangers In The Night?" The Missus and I joke that this is "our song," as I work at night and she in the day time. "Fly Me To The Moon" is the Sinatra (did you you know that means "without duck" in Italian?) tune that sticks in my head.
That and "New York, New York" when I visit the in-laws.
