I understand why you don't post as often, you actually use your brain at work and I wish I could say the same. I will never serve in a creative capacity at my job and that's because those who get to do so (at my job, I mean), are political animals or are connected.
As far as your link placement? You probably seen the answer already on your way to this page, in the post I'm about to put up.
